I am currently creating the email templates for use with our ticket tool. I noticed that the customer does not see in the confirmation email what he wrote in the ticket.
Would it also be possible to show the last message to the customer when closing a ticket?
I have not been able to find the right thing in the documentation under Trigger.
I guess you’re trying to set up a email based trigger.
You can use system variables within those if needed.
You can list them by using
