I am currently creating the email templates for use with our ticket tool. I noticed that the customer does not see in the confirmation email what he wrote in the ticket.
Would it also be possible to show the last message to the customer when closing a ticket?
I have not been able to find the right thing in the documentation under Trigger.
I guess you’re trying to set up a email based trigger.
You can use system variables within those if needed.
You can list them by using :: - if that’s not good enough, you can also have a look within our documentation:

Can you please also let me know at which point the trigger documentation stopped helping so we can improve? We do note to variables, you may have turned wrong. (see: How Do Trigger Work — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation )
