Full email body integration for auto reply trigger


I would like to request the inclusion of the option to include full email body in auto reply emails that get sent to my customer when they initiate first contact for a new issue.

My problem here is as follows: we have a customer that we provide services for, and we have given them a dedicated webform channel to issue requests to us. Unfortunately, we also get a lot of emails directly, which are of course entered into Zammad as a ticket, but the customer only gets a generic email with their ticket number. Now they do not know which issue relates to which ticket number.

We know that you can enable full email body inclusion for manual replies in Zammad, but we would like a toggle or option to only include the full body for the initial and automated reply.
