Hello guys,
I installed zammad (as I read from documentation). Everything’s went well.
Tried to import from Zendesk:

[migrate from another system]

Zendesk (beta)
Added Zendesk URL: https://xxxxxx.zendesk.com/ and I got error message.

StatusCode: 500 Contact your system administrator.
As I see from my tcpdump tried to connect Zendesk.

Thanks in advance

Hi! I have the same issue. Fresh install of Zammad from DEB and trying to migrate from Zendesk with no success. Any ideas how to find and add the configuration content it is missing?

My problem was resolved by using the default Deb installation method on an empty Ubuntu image with nginx and PostgreSQL instead of an Apache and MySQL config with existing Apache configuration and other sites already enabled.

If the issue still persists please provide the commands and the outputs of these.
