I currently have a Freshdesk import where the last updated_at is over half an hour ago. I noticed that the Freshdesk import failed with a Rate limit reached error. Do I need to intervene to restart the migration?
It’s not so much that there is an error, it’s more like it’s constantly waiting for about an hour to restart once the rate limit has been reached, with no indication that the operation succeeded or failed.
It did eventually finish after 9 hours for our 14000 tickets though.
