I was mostly wondering how to do another run of the migrator. It takes several hours, and I wanted to add any new tickets that had been created in Freshdesk.
I ended up not needing this. I did our update on the weekend, and only had one new ticket to add. Which I did manually.
Freshdesk and Zendesk migrator does not support differential runs after importing.
That’s a technical limitation as of now. Technically the OTRS migrator does work a lot different.
