Freshdesk import - resume after internal stop

Expected behavior:

I have a freshdesk account with around 70k posts. I started to import but, after around 30 hours and 41k tickets imported, it stopped with message:
“Interrupted by scheduler restart. Please restart manually or wait till next execution time.”
How can I restart or what can I do? I assume that restarting from begining will end with the same error.

We are experiencing the same error performing a Zendesk migration on a fresh install of Zammad. After importing about 32K of tickets, it stopped with the “Interrupted by scheduler restart. Please restart manually or wait till next execution time.”

How do we restart manually to complete import where it left off? Or we have start migration from the beginning?

A technical limitation is that you cannot restart migrations. You have to start from scratch.
