Freshdesk import console command

Infos:

Used Zammad version: 4.1
Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) docker-compose
Operating system: ubuntu 20.04
Browser + version: n/a

Expected behavior:

import freshdesk

Actual behavior:

I can’t find the command.

What is the console command to import freshdesk? I’ve found the OTRS command, and substituting Freshdesk for OTRS does not work.

In addition what would the command be to resume a previous import?

Its function is called import_start instead of start.

OTRS is the only migration that supports differential import for technical reasons.
