For a few days now, we have suddenly received the following message for a few tickets:

For privacy reasons, Zammad has blocked remote content in this message. You can retrieve it from the original formatting.

Unfortunately, I have not found any information on what is blocked based on which rules and how I can disable this behavior. At least in all the settings I have clicked through so far I have not found anything about this. Does anyone have any tips on where I can set this behavior and where I can find more information about it?

Hi @mko. Did you read the linked GitHub issue? It’s written down there.

Yes, martini writes when an external image is linked in the mail. My question was, is this visible somewhere in the documentation?
Is anything else blocked?
And if so, can I influence this behavior in the settings if I don’t want this, for example?

It should be pretty self-explanatory, this is why there is no documentation for it at the moment.

All remote content that contains a src attribute is removed, but only if it does not start with a script related information. E.g. http, https, ftp, …

There is no switch to turn this behavior off. In former times, there is no information in the ticket detail view at all, but the content was removed all the time.

ok. Thank you very much for your clarification. We were not aware that this was happening in the background until this dialog.
