First email that receive the customer when open a new case

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 2.9.x
  • Operating system: Centos

Expected behavior:

  • Every time a customer creates a new ticket, they automatically receive a confirmation email to assure them that their issue . I need that this email comes to the customer after 15 minutes.
    It is posible?
    How can I configure?

Actual behavior:

  • The customer receive automatically an email when creates a new ticket.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • I created a trigger but this trigger doest work fine.

Triggers do not delay anything.
If you need, you could do that with a scheduler, but still dirty and not exactly timeable with somewhat of 15 minutes. However, you could ensure that it doesn’t come earlier than 15 minutes after creation.

Still, I wouldn’t do that, whatever the use case is.
