Expected behavior:
- Every time a customer creates a new ticket, they automatically receive a confirmation email to assure them that their issue . I need that this email comes to the customer after 15 minutes.
It is posible?
How can I configure?
Actual behavior:
- The customer receive automatically an email when creates a new ticket.

- I created a trigger but this trigger doest work fine.
