Find out what Zammad ticket belongs to an E-Mail

Hello Zammad-Community,

Is there a way to set a custom header in an E-Mail sent by Zammad, that includes the ticket number?

Background: We use AWS SES for sending e-Mails, and we want to process Bounce-Events and update the Zammad-Ticket via API. For that we need to know what ticket triggered the E-Mail.
