Title: Filter customer to download the time accounting data
1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Get a matching list of tickets they are “closed at” the current month to invoice the spent time per customer, organization, sub organization or district (group of organization).
2) Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
To separate multiple customers with maintenance contracts we need to prove the time we spent for support and other time we on the customer. With a growing number of maintenance contracts is an additional expense to sort and check in every new downloaded file, how much time is for the month is left / already used.
3) Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
In the time accounting module is it currently possible to download all customers / organizations or all users, but not to filter and create a download for a specific query.
Also the output is limited to specific fields. The case to settle up the ticket in the same month as the ticket is created is not always required (Field: Created at). To settle up at the month after the tickets was closed is currently not an option.
Additional, customized fields are not supported either.
4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
The possibility to filter the created file bevor the download and not after editing in Excel.
My suggestion is to create profiles like triggers to download the necessary time data for a company, organization or group of organization (like a district wide maintenance contracts).
Over a search bar on the top of the site you can search after the profile.
