Fillter doesn't seem to work, triggers do work?

Hi,

we are using zammad (6.3.1 from packages) since a few months and we use triggers to map a ticket to a group when sent to a particular e-mail address. Today my colleague told me that there’s a feature called filters that should actually do this and has access to more headers. But it doesn’t seem to work, I wonder if I’m doing something wrong or if it is somehow broken (I suspect the former).

The trigger and filter rules look very similar (if to/cc or recipient matches a regex or “contains” a certain string (part of the e-mail address or a regex matching several addresses), the mail is assigned to a group in zammad.

When I test this, the tickets that are supposed to be filtered end up in the default group (Users) and not in the special group.

Any idea how this might happen?
