It would be useful to centrally store reusable PDF documents in Zammad and attach them to outgoing emails.
Examples:
- Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation Policy
- Warranty documents
- Other legal or contractual PDFs
Ideally, these files could be:
- selected manually when writing an email
- added through macros
- attached automatically via triggers or rules
A central document management area would be especially helpful, so updated PDFs only need to be replaced once.
This would make workflows for quotations, contracts, and other emails with mandatory attachments much easier and more reliable.
