Failed to run zammad-scheduler.service

  • Used Zammad version: 3.3.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: Source (not sure)
  • Operating system: Linux version 4.14.238-182.422.amzn2.x86_64 (gcc version 7.3.1 20180712 (Red Hat 7.3.1-13) (GCC))
  • Browser + version: Brave 1.25.67

Expected behavior:

  • I want to start the zammad-scheduler.service

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • sudo systemctl start zammad-scheduler.service
  • sudo systemctl status zammad-scheduler.service

Either production.log or scheduler_err.log may contain valuable information during trying to start the service.

We started the scheduler.rb script
