Failed to run scheduled job 'Process pending tickets.'. Cause: Failed to run Ticket.process_pending after 11 tries

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1728034295.d82ac357.bookworm
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: Brave v1.70.126

Expected behavior:

  • Ticket.process_pending is running normal.

Actual behavior:

  • Ticket.process_pending is not running.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Just upgraded from Debain 11 / Zammad 5.4.1 to Debian 12 / Zammad 6.3.1.
  • Did backup with NO FS, restored with no errors, ran packager.io/postinstall.sh without any error.

I’m not sure how it was fixed, but after a server reboot the error is gone and has not come back.
