Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.2.
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Message syslog:
zammad-worker-1.service[2174]: Failed to restart zammad.service: Interactive authentication required.
zammad-worker-1.service[2174]: See system logs and ‘systemctl status zammad.service’ for details.

We have added the following entry in sudoers.d\sysctl but unfortunately without success:
%users ALL = NOPASSWD: /bin/systemctl restart zammad.service

Any idea? Thanks so much.
