Hey,
after integrating facebook into zammad I noticed, that you cannot see conversation threads inside a topic. This can get very confusing if the post gets big feedbacks.
Thus it would be very great if zammad could somehow make it clearer what a nested comment is and what not. In my opinion this will improve usability and overview a lot as the agent can reply to posts better. I attached a screenshot to show what I mean.
This could be done by for e.g. simply making the width of the reply to another comment smaller or with icons. Hope this is detailed enough, feel free to ask if something may not be as clear as I hope I wrote it.
