as far as I’ve understood the facebook integration is focussed on the comments users have written to articles. Is there also the possibility to integrate the facebook messenger chats into zammad ?

as far as I see in this extremely old threads, there is no solution. Now trying to connect facebook channel and no result. Documentation article state that information is outdated. So who can clearly list what and how do the facebook channel work?

Would be great to have it back running.
Messenger functionality was never there so nothing to bring back.
