Extra fields /objects to time accountings

I would be nice to make additional fields for time accounts.

We have a problem that many agents are looking for a specific problem.
Each agent works on it and makes time bookings, but not all positions are calculable for a customer.
So it would be nice to have a “customer calculabled” field over the time accounts.

so we can pull the time accounts over rest into our erp system

Hello Newan,

We are currently cleaning up our community and found your request.
This is possible with Zammad Verion 6.1. There we enhanced our Time Accounting and you have the possiblity to add Activity types.
