We need templates for some use cases that we can address separately via our own URLs.
Damit könnten wir entsprechenden Personengruppen die benötigte Vorlage für ein Ticket direkt verknüpfen.
This would allow us to link the required template for a ticket directly to the relevant groups of people.
- We would like to link to Zammad from another system. Not only should the process be described in the wikis, but it should also be possible to call up the corresponding template in Zammad.
- When members are linked to Zammad via an article, they have to select a template themselves. Depending on their affiliation, however, only one of 4 similar templates is required for these members. If this is selected independently, the wrong template is regularly used.
- Because Zammad does not allow you to link directly to the respective template for the ticket.
- Easier access to the functionalities of Zammad for non-IT users
Your Zammad environment:
Due to the lack of linking to a template, we cannot yet have Zammad used by the amount of users we envision at this point.
