Exporting tickets to Planner?

Expected behavior:

  • Being able to export tickets to Planner.

Actual behavior:

  • Is it possible and if yes, how?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I don’t know planner, but if it can poll APIs it should be possible - if not, not.
You could write a local script using the API extracting ticket information needed and write it in a format Planner understands using import then.

Again: I don’t know Planner and do not know any of it’s functions.

Ok, nevermind, we’re not exporting our Zammad tickets into Planner because Planner has no search… . I exported the tickets into a HTML file (Zammad uses HTML tags so that makes sense). Question solved.
