What do you mean by OTOBO ticket history? Are all existing tickets inside the OTOBO system?
In general, you could try to use the OTRS importer, but the question is how many changes in OTOBO exist related to the normal OTRS 6 Community Edition.
And if the Zammad Migrator Package can be easily installed without any problems.
