Export tickets with all articles to archive mailbox

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1711375558.ce1240f3.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome, newest

Expected behavior:

  • Trigger or Automatization to send the ticket with all articles per Mail (no PDF)

Actual behavior:

  • is not sending the articles at all. not per default and not with any variables like #{ticket.articles} or #{article.body_as_html} etc. etc.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • built a trigger or automatization
  • triggered with tag
  • send a notification (it says it will send automatically all articles per default)

I had a look at several posts and the use of plugins or addons for PDF export is not useful to us. I don´t find any possibility to check if the automatical sending of the articles is turned of (if it is really per default on)

That is not possible. It might be easier to get all EMLs (raw messages) via API actually. Might be possible via raiks as well, but eith quite some effort too so API might be better.
