Export email (.eml)

Hi,

I would like to see an option to export tickets as emails as they were received by Zammad.

Idea: some Export EML option.

This would allow to import them into other (generic) software.
In comparison to printing tickets as PDF, this would also allow to retain attachments without much hassle.
Might useful for external correspondence, too (encashment, legal reasons, …).

you should be able to click on the article and use the Raw link, which let you download the email as .eml;
