Exclude item in ticket notification

can i configure zammad so: that no notification is sent when a field / object you have created is changed in the ticket??? as an example: an object is edited for billing and then no one should receive a notification.

Are you talking about agent notifications or customer notifications?

I mean agent notifications. any ideas?

I can’t see if the mentioned ticket does have an owner set, but you can decide on what updates you want to be notified. By default Zammad will notify everyone about a ticket update if no owner is set.

No, you can’t exclude specific fields for ticket updates.
The thing that triggers is not directly changing an attribute, but “creating” or “updating” the ticket itself.
