  • Used Zammad version: 3.4.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: docker-compose
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Latest Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Integrate Office 365 Kontakts with the Exchange Integration

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Open the Exchange Integration Settings Page and an Office 365 Email Account Creadentials.
  • This Account should have the permission for an addressbook.

Don’t sure what url outlook 365 is using but i think its outlook.office365.com

Does your Ubuntu installation support above mentioned ciphers?
The message you provided indicates that there’s no cipher found that Zammad could use.

Or the endpoint is not available on current Office 365 any longer.
Microsoft said several times that they’ll deprecate EWS.
