Exchange Integration not working after MFA

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1-1671805004.9b7729da.focal
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Sync contacts from Microsoft 365 to Zammad

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • After switching to 2FA in Microsoft 365, the synchronization no longer works. Without 2FA the synchronization was still possible.

You’ll have to wait for Zammad 5.4 I’m afraid.
