Hello Guys,

i have a Problem with the configuration of the Inbound Mails. I configured as outbound SMTP my Firewall and as inbound IMAP Server our Exchange Server 2019.

Same configuration in OTRS and it works. I installed zammad and configure it there but it dont.
Can somebody tell me a step by step to configure it?

The Errors are: Server Unavailable. 15 but ports are opened and firewall packets going threw to the exchange

Did you get any joy with this issue? i am also having same issue bvut trying to authenticating to O365.

basically my zammad had a problem with a . in the Username. A user without a . was no Problem
