Escalated Ticket that has been closed

Hello everyone,

I have a situation to monitor/calculate closed ticket which previously was escalated.
From my findings, I can only identify closed ticket that previously escalated in the ticket’s history. I need to know which closed ticket that was escalated before it was closed.

Is that possible for me to view it in overview or somewhere else so I can make a report/statistics based on how many tickets was closed but exceed the SLAs before?
