Error Migrating From Zendesk

Hi Support

We are testing migrating from Zendesk to Zammad on an internal native install (Ubuntu VM) before we change over. It fails on the ticket import part, see below :

“Problem with ObjectManager Attribute ‘priority’: Validation failed: Name priority already exists!”

Have a look at your custom attributes in Zendesk and ensure that you don’t have priority set. Possibly several times or even worse as different field type than in Zammad. If you don’t need it, remove it (this will fix the issue for you but you’ll loose these information). If you can’t loose the information rename the field and retry.
