Error Merging Tickets

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.1-1742483280.cb05ec9b.noble
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

  • Able to merge tickets.

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Open a parent ticket.
  • Select tickets to be merged.
  • Select submit.
  • Could you provide some more details regarding the Steps to Reproduce? What do you mean by “Select tickets to be merged”? You can only merge one ticket at a time…
  • What does your instance’s Monitoring page say, specifically the Current Status section?
  • What is in your production.log?
  • Could you upgrade Zammad to the latest available package version? Do you see any errors while upgrading?
  1. This was a mistype on my part. I only ever tried it with a single ticket.
  2. Green status: No issues
  3. Production.log - Same error after update.

Add your fully qualified domain name or public IP to servername directive of
nginx, if this installation is done on a remote server. You have to change:
/etc/nginx/sites-available/zammad.conf and restart nginx process.
Otherwise just open http://localhost/ in your browser to start using Zammad.

What are you entering into the merge screen and where do you take that value from?

I did not “enter” anything into the merge screen per say. I clicked the radial button near a ticket that I wanted to merge into and clicked submit. I let the Merge To Ticket# autofill from clicking the radial button.

No clue. Possibly updating fixes this issue magically already.
