Hi,

I would like to request a few enhancements to the overviews.

Firstly, it would be helpful if the column width could be changed to the maximum column width by double-clicking on the column border, as in Excel, for example.
In addition, please make the width scrollable. Depending on the window size, there is a lack of space and the columns are displayed very reduced.

Secondly, it would be nice if each agent could sort the columns themselves or determine the column contents. Without changing the overview for other colleagues.

And the last wish would be that agents could create their own overviews just for themselves. But not be able to change the standard overviews.

I too would like to see more overview customization from the individual Agent’s perspective. It needs an overhaul.

  • Ability to reorder overviews based on personal preference - A simple drag and drop would suffice.
  • Ability to create personalized overviews (although this implies that a Agent cannot see tickets not available to them even while setting up the overview.)
  • I agree that column-distans should be simpler with excel-like behavior and
  • Column-order should be agent-specific, not by role.

I wish I had the knowledge and time to program this myself.

That’s already possible.

That’s right, I can sort the overviews in my profile.
But what I mean is that as an agent (customer) I want to be able to sort the columns of an overview.
Or even better, to sort predefined columns in and out myself.
If I don’t do it right, it is also not possible to make a dobble click to enhance a column to his max space it needs.
And the biggest issue is the limitation of 50 entries. I understand the idea behind. but is it possible to hand it to the customer to say more search results but longert time. Like a multible page or results per page.

Aside from personal preferences in sorting or showing columns, I think different agents may want different overviews visible. Or even create their own overviews (now only an admin can do this?)

Having more than about 10 overviews listed is hard to keep track of, so it seems logical to want to limit the number of overviews, but which overviews are useful can be a personal preference, I think.

(It is possible that the way we work is somewhat
different to other pure supports. Where a workflow may be
is predefined).

In these overviews, however, each agent wants to have different columns
or sort the order of the columns differently.

It is not about changing the filters or the basic content of the
content of the overview.

Only the priority is always slightly different for the agents.

My colleagues are actually consultants. They are used to
to decide and change things independently. In our software and partly
partly in the environment of our customers.

We only have 3-4 overviews per agent per country/office, which are
are important. With the exception of the admins, who want to keep an overview.

And it’s similar with our customers. Some work independently,
others manage entire groups.

That is the reason for the requests mentioned above.
