Enable "View" mask to be configured in Core Workflows

I have tried to modify the agent view on user attributes for HR purposes. If it is intended to collect data on user level in Zammad that should be only visible for HR agents, I only can confugure the “creation” and “edit” mask in Core Workflows. My idea was to create attributes in Zammad that are hidden for agents and only are avalible for HR agents.

Expected behaviour would be, that HR agents can see the hidden user attributes in the ticket sidebar at ticket customer. But the content of the user view can not be configured.

Would it be possible to enhance the core wokflows feature to make the “view” for agents configurable?

We could also think about to let core workflow grip for the customer sidebar in the ticket of the output. In general the edit screen could also match for the sidebar of the customer information. I mean it’s the same for the ticket sidebar.

Should be fixed for organizations as well if we touch it.

To be clear, you mean something like this, Markus, correct?

My current workaround is to grant “show” and “set readonly” on the edit mask to (in your example) HR agents. This way the attribute is displayed in the “view mask” but cannot be edited in the edit mask.
