Title: Enable MFA only for accounts without a linked account
- I want to solve the problem of double MFA if the account is linked to a Microsoft account or another one.

3) Zammad allows you to select terms from the resource, whether they apply to an Agent or a Client. There’s no option to select whether the account is linked to a third-party application.
- I want to be able to enable MFA login requirements for Agent accounts that are not connected to an O365 account.

Enabling MFA is very necessary, but duplicating MFA is already tiring and the point is not to increase security at the expense of losing the satisfaction of using Zammad.
