Enable/Disable Ticket Overviews (solved)

Currently, ticket overviews in Zammad can only be deleted, but not temporarily disabled. This makes it difficult to manage views that are not needed at the moment but may be useful again later.

Suggested improvement:

Add an option to enable or disable ticket overviews without deleting them. Disabled overviews should be hidden from the interface but remain available for future reactivation.

Benefits:

  • Cleaner and more flexible overview management
  • Avoids the need to recreate deleted overviews
  • Improves usability for administrators and agents
