Enable chat inside zammad portal / dashboard

We are currently evaluating zammad as desktop support for an in-house application that we offering free to our distributors. Having a desktop support for an application without a website that it is based on, we cannot have an online chat which our users are really requesting at the moment. Being said, I would like to request to have a feature which can enable the chat functionality inside the zammad portal / dashboard upon customer login if there are available agents online.
