Emails not showing for upto 30 mins

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:

  • Customer emaisl not appearign in helpdesk fo rup to 30 mintues

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • When customers are sendign emaisl in to the helpdesk it is taking up to 30 minutes for them to show is this normal?

That depends on the mail account you use.
Emails arriving can be subject to several antispam measurements just as grey listing.

If you don’t want that, consider using your own mail accounts where you have the control over such things.
