Expected behavior:
- As soon as a new ticket is created, all members of the corresponding group should receive an email and also the notification in the browser.
Actual behavior:
- Unfortunately, we have two members in the group who have the same user rights as the rest of the group members, but they don’t receive an email when a new ticket is created, nor do they see the notification in their browser. Only the history on the dashboard is updated. In the history for the respective ticket itself, the two members don’t appear as recipients of the notification either. I removed the group assignments for the members as a test and then re-assigned them, but unfortunately, to no avail.
