Email Service Zammad 6.2.0-1, Office 365, Sending or receiving emails does not work

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1
  • Used Zammad installation type: zamad kubernetes, helm chart.
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome lastets

Expected behavior:

  • Send notification emails and receive and respond to emails through zammad 6.2 with office 365 channels

Actual behavior:

  • Email configuration and Office 365 channels are not sending or receiving emails

The only thing the system does is check that it can output external emails, but it does not allow sending or receiving emails.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • I have no way to replicate the failure, I was looking at the logs and I don’t see any errors

I need help with this, I haven’t been able to get it to work

The notification channel sends out emails to agents only. (and to users in general upon password reset…) You can learn more on what it does here:

If you want to receive also, then you’ll have to add an regular account.
With the given description I am unable to understand what you’re trying to e.g. send out a mail. I’m missing scope here, sorry.
