Email notifications only being sent to one agent

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.1-1740041753.d1854e51.noble
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: chrome 134

Expected behavior:

When i create a new user i expect an email to be sent to my email address informing me i have created a new ticket.

Actual behavior:

I don’t get an email but a different agent does.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I’ve changed the notification settings to send all notifications (all check boxes ticked).

in the ticket history it looks like so:

  • notification Ticket ‘OTHER.AGENT@XXX.com(create:online,email)’

I get other notifications not related to opening tickets.

It doesn’t make sense to notify you on your own actions, that’s why you won’t receive any mail on it.
