Email Notification with Office365

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose
  • Browser + version: Chrome

I have set up a zammd instance and linked my Office365 account. It works as expected with the ability to receive and send Emails to customers.

But the email notifications don’t work. Is there a native way to use Office365 for the email notifications? I am aware about the SMTP option but this will be shut down by microsoft. Are there any plans to support native Office 365 or do I need to an external email service etc.?
