Email notification with Microsoft Graph

Hello,

I’ve configured the Microsoft Graph email integration in Zammad. When a user sends an email, a ticket is correctly created and the user receives an automatic reply confirming the ticket creation.

However, our support team does not receive any notifications (I’ve already checked the configuration), and when we add a public note to a ticket, no email is sent either.

I suspect that the Microsoft Graph email account is not set as the default sender for Zammad notifications.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?

  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) : source
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Opera

If you require commercial grade support, you may want to consider a support contract for your Zammad installation. If not, please be patient. This is a community forum, no gurantees etc.

Bumping after 2 days is extremely useless.
If you would have read the documentation ( Accounts — Zammad Admin Documentation documentation ), you could have answered your question yourself.

Also, as you seem to confuse Zammad terminology, I strongly suggest you to have a read on this page - that explains what notifications are.
