I’ve configured the Microsoft Graph email integration in Zammad. When a user sends an email, a ticket is correctly created and the user receives an automatic reply confirming the ticket creation.
However, our support team does not receive any notifications (I’ve already checked the configuration), and when we add a public note to a ticket, no email is sent either.
I suspect that the Microsoft Graph email account is not set as the default sender for Zammad notifications.
Do you have any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?
