Email notification on user creation

Using Zammad 3.2 on ubuntu 18.04

I found out i can create a ticket (inbound call) and right there fill in a (new) email address for a (new) user. Zammad creates an user automatically at that point.
Does that user get a email notification after that account is created (using the defaults, in general)?
Would the manually creation (or batch import) of users trigger notification?
I want to create user accounts (customers) without users being notified of this proces. I want to make sure that does not happen.

As long as you don’t invide your customers, they will not receive any notifications unless your trigger does send them a mail because of a ticket creation or update.
