Email notification - group new ticket

We have been testing Zammad and are happy with its features.
However, we’re facing an issue with email notifications.

We’ve created groups and assigned email accounts to them. When a new email arrives, a ticket is created correctly, but the agent notifications are being sent from noreply@10.4.0.192.

Is it possible to have these notifications sent from the group’s email address instead of noreply@10.4.0.192?

Notifications are bound to the notification channel, not email channels.
They are relevant to agents (99%) only and have no impact for your customers.

Use a noreply email address, as technically replying to notifications is not exactly supported.
Go to any email channel and select settings, there you can adjust the email address via “notification sender”:
