Is it possible to use a Google Group for incoming mail.
My current help desk allows a direct forward to the helpdesk and I guess I could setup Fetchmail and do the same but I’m wondering if there is a way to connect directly to a google group via the Google API?
If the Google Group technically is no email account you can’t hook it up to Zammad, sorry.
You could technically forward (without removing original headers!) mails of that group to a mail account, but won’t be able to use the same sender address.
