Email fetch problem, no tickets, Zammad 6.2.0

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1705920690.db7738e0.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubunut 22.04.3 LTS
  • Browser + version: Firefox 122

Expected behavior:

  • Email channel creation successful, but it doesn’t process unread mails. It sees that 2 emails are in, but nothing happens.

Actual behavior:

  • Tickets created by emails of the email account.

Dont see any errors in Logs.

Ok, seems my complex construct with DavMail and Shared Mailbox seems not working in Zammad. It’s working fine in Thunderbird. I’ve changed the mailbox type to normal mailbox on our Exchange Server. Enabled IMAP service and its working now.
