the question is: can we send this type of email to customer which is provided the ticket information and the detail about the ticket?

If you just want to inform your customer about what you’re doing you can send your article as mail directly from within zammad:

I have created an example on how to set up a trigger that notifies the customer about new messages. Of course you can add more variables in the email template.
