I have a selfhosted version 6.4.0-alpha
I keep having issues with adding new account for Inbound emails.
Right now i have it set up with xxx@domain1.com that one is primary and we got it to work over MS365 integration.
But now when we try to add another email that is another domain xxx@domain2.com entering smtp server configuration 993 port etc… all the data is checked and rechecked over and over again… But i just get LOGIN failed… i can login to the email normally but just can’t get it to work.
We tried also on MS365 but zammad doesnt allow multiple domains present.
If anyone has some information or ideas what to try, or you need any other information, I would gladly send it to you just to get this problem solved since we are trying to be operational with this ticketing system soon as possible.
