Elasticsearch Exception on postinstall Script

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1.0-1700492762.96ac5a60.bionic
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Linux Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
  • Browser + version: newest chrome

Expected behavior:

run postinstall script without error as recommended in several Topics to hopefully fix an error while merging 2 tickets together.

Actual behavior:

Following exception arrives:

I think there are more elasticsearch errors in production.log

I managed to fix the elasticsearch error. Our zammad VM has no internet connection. Using internet I was able to install the ingest attachement plugin for elasticsearch.

But the merging error still persists. I will create a new page for it.
