Elasticsearch 5.6 upgrade to 6.8 problem

• Used Zammad version: Zammad 4.1x
• Used Zammad installation type: na
• Operating system: Centos 7
• Browser + version: Google Chrome

Hi guys. Im unable to upgrade elasticsearch 5.6 to 6.8

It shows conflict between this two version.

Please help. Im new to this. thank you.

i’m no CentOS user but just googling your error makes it seem like this is neither an elastic nor a zammad problem. Could be that you’re simply using rpm wrong (How to Install .rpm File on CentOS/RHEL and Fedora).

From your provided information it looks like you’re trying to install two elastic versions in parallel instead of upgrading your elastic installation hence the process is resuling in file conflicts.
